Privacy Policy

Crop Siege is a farm and tower defense game for iPhone, iPad and Android made by Softick Development ("Softick", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information is involved when you play the game, why, and the choices you have.

The Short Version

There are no accounts and no sign-in. Your progress stays on your device. Softick does not receive your name, email address, location or contacts from the game. The game shows ads through Google AdMob and sells optional items through the Apple App Store and Google Play; those companies process some information under their own privacy policies, as described below.

What Stays on Your Device

• Your progress: levels, stars, gems, boosters, heroes, pets, skins and settings
• Which one-time purchases you own (such as the Starter Pack or Remove Ads) and whether a Farm Pass is active
• Simple gameplay statistics the game keeps for itself, such as levels played and wins, used to balance offers and rewards on your device

This information is kept in the game's private storage and is not sent to Softick. It is removed when you delete the app. Your device's own backups (iCloud or Google) may include it, under Apple's or Google's terms.

Advertising

Crop Siege uses Google AdMob, an advertising service by Google, to show optional rewarded video ads (for example a free revive or double gems) and occasional full-screen ads between levels. To deliver ads, measure them and prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect information such as your device's advertising identifier (where available), IP address, device model and operating system, app version, and how you interact with ads. Google's use of this information is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

• On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of ads personalization in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
• On iPhone and iPad, the game does not ask for permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites, so Apple's advertising identifier is not shared with advertisers.
• Where the law requires your consent for personalized ads (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), ads are shown on that basis, and you can choose non-personalized ads.
• Any purchase in the game turns off the occasional full-screen ads, and the Remove Ads purchase turns them off for good. Rewarded ads are always optional.

Purchases

Optional in-app purchases (gem packs, bundles, the Farm Pass and Remove Ads) are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Softick never sees your payment details, name or email address. The game only receives a confirmation from the store, including a purchase identifier, so it can deliver your items and restore one-time purchases on another device. Apple's and Google's privacy policies apply to the payment.

Children

Crop Siege is made for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through our support form or by email, contact us and we will delete it.

Contacting Us

If you email us or use the support form on this website, we receive what you send, such as your name, email address, device and message, and use it only to answer you. Messages from the form are delivered through our email provider. We keep support messages only as long as needed to help you and delete them on request.

Your Choices and Rights

Because Softick does not hold game data about you, deleting the app removes your game information. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information and to object to its use. For the support messages we hold, email us and we will help. For advertising data, use the controls above or contact Google. We do not sell personal information.

Changes

If a future version adds a feature that uses data differently, such as cloud saves or online analytics, we will update this policy before it ships and change the effective date above.
