Terms of Use

These terms apply to Crop Siege, a farm and tower defense game for iPhone, iPad and Android made by Softick Development ("Softick", "we", "us"). By downloading or playing the game, you agree to them.

Using the Game

Softick gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to play Crop Siege on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. If you downloaded the game from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where these terms and Apple's agreement differ, Apple's agreement applies.

Free to Play

Crop Siege is free to download and play. Every level can be completed without paying. The game offers optional in-app purchases at the prices shown in the store, which may vary by country and change over time.

Gems and Other Virtual Items

Gems, boosters, Revive Tokens, skins, heroes, pets and other items in the game are virtual items. When you buy or earn them, you receive a limited licence to use them in the game; you do not own them. They have no real-world money value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the game, and cannot be transferred or sold. Consumable items (such as gems and boosters) are used up when spent and are stored on your device. We may change, rebalance or retire virtual items and their prices as the game evolves.

Farm Pass

The Farm Pass is a one-time purchase that is active for 30 days from purchase. While it is active you can claim its daily reward in the game. It does not renew automatically and is not a subscription; buying it again adds another 30 days.

Ads

The game shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are always optional and give the reward described before you watch. Full-screen ads may appear between levels; they stop after any purchase, and Remove Ads turns them off permanently on your store account.

Restoring Purchases

One-time purchases (the Starter Pack and Remove Ads) belong to your store account and can be restored on another device with Restore purchases in the game's settings. Consumable items and progress are saved on the device and cannot be restored after deleting the app or changing devices.

Refunds

Payments and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. Softick cannot refund store purchases directly. If a purchase did not arrive in the game, contact us and we will help.

Your Progress

Your progress is saved on your device. Deleting the app or resetting the device deletes it, and Softick cannot recover it.

Acceptable Use

Do not cheat, modify the game or its files to obtain items, exploit bugs, or copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the game, except where the law allows it. We may restore balances or remove items obtained this way.

Availability and Changes

We may update, change or discontinue the game or any feature, level or item, and we may update these terms. Continued use of the game after changes means you accept the updated terms.

No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The game is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Softick is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the game, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
